Compliance Manager up to 15k Aed for a Business Setup Firm in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for supporting the operations of the Compliance Department, including planning and coordinating departmental initiatives, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Report back to Direct Manager or General Manager on current risk and compliance performance
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
• Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Compile and validate the ES notifications/reports
• Assist the clients with their enquiries related to ESR
• Generates reports
