Position Title: Communications Manager

About the Client:
One of a prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE.
Job Role:
• Coordination of brand activation and promotional activities
• Implementation of annual marketing plan
• Corporate events management
• Maintain Marketing budget
• Corporate content management on all platforms with support from corporate communication’s team
• Manage and evaluation of third-party supplier
• Liaise with agencies to conduct required research, surveys and analysis
• Liaise with internal departments as finance and procurements for marketing requirements
• Coordinate internal marketing and communication of organization’s culture
• Manage branding collateral to ensure adherence to brand guidelines including the production of marketing materials, like leaflets, brochures and flyers – support in proofreading and finalizing copy and liaising with designers and printers.
• Organize and follow up all Sponsorship agreements
• Responsible for coordinating general marketing activities
• Keep track of projects and activities related to marketing KPI’s
• Prepare and maintaining all promotional materials
