Reporting to: Chef
Duration: 2-Year Contract
Probation: 6 Months
Travel requirements: Nil
Objectives: To assist the Chef in preparation of the products.
Main responsibilities: The commi/confectioner should be able to prepare the products as instructed by the Chef or with the given instructions to the standards of the products.
Subordinates: Commi / Kitchen Helpers
