Job description / Role

• Demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per company policy
• Have a relevant knowledge of club products and services
• Require produce food items to the highest standards as per the guidelines of the department and your supervisor
• Ensure that all foods are served and prepared to the correct temperature as required by the club and local law
• Handle any guest complaints or enquiries promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern
• Maintain a high level of general cleanliness on and throughout your designated section, to also include equipment, fixtures & fittings
