Description
* Oversee directly 2 Leasing Executives
* Lease and manage designated portfolio within industrial and commercial asset classes
* Target potential clients through marketing strategies, business development & existing network
* Conduct market analysis on competitors and industry trends
* Liaise with marketing on campaigns to boost assets
* Report weekly and monthly on leasing progress within designated portfolio
* Document control of contracts and lease administration
