Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on an exclusive assignment to assist a contracting company in identifying a new commercial director for its rail project in UAE.
We are looking for someone who can:
– Lead the Commercial and Contracts department of the project
– Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with project and client policy
– Preparing, reviewing, approving and administering contracts during various stages of the process
– Verifies and processes contract change notices, change orders
This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the regions flagship projects which are key to the development of the UAE & GCC.
