Co Op Jobs – Product Analyst


Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic product support analyst to join us, and support the ongoing delivery of Co-op’s hire to retire (H2R) product roadmap. We’ll need you to use your technical know-how and great communications skills to drive the adoption of digital channels across our HR function, keeping the end-user at the heart of everything you do. Job Responsibilities:

  • participate in the design, development and testing of solutions, making sure that users are at forefront of every decision
  • support the teams’ success by proactively providing insight to aid data-led decision-making
  • manage, shape and prioritise the H2R product backlog, keeping a healthy list of items that are ready for development with our technology partners
  • make sure that change is landed smoothly with users, supporting with the creation of communications and training when necessary
  • work collaboratively with operational teams and users, taking external insights and internal reporting to refine new business requirements

Job Requirements:

  • previously worked on change projects (this’d be ideal but isn’t essential)
  • a good understanding of technical HR complexities
  • a background in an operational HR shared services environment, with knowledge of shared services processes
  • lots of curiosity and tenacity, with a passion for really understanding the detail in order to solve problems
  • great relationship building skills with teams and partners at all levels, and the ability to influence change

Qualification & Experience:

  • experience of using SaaS / cloud-based technology
