Job description / Role
• Modify existing programs
• Assist and instruct others
• Monitor long cycle times
• Set complex jobs in a timely manner
• Implement minor and suggest major tooling changes
• Use measuring equipment and basic CMM
• Create simple programs from scratch in a timely manner
• Use 4 Jaw chucks, Centre plates, Soft jaws, Travelling and Fixed steady work
• Load varying size components into the machines competently
• Responsible in various types of threading, screw cutting, and crane lifting
• Machining exotic and oilfield materials e.g. 4330, 4145, 625,718, Super Duplex using FANUC 32i control
