Job description / Role
– Modify existing programs
– Assist and instruct others
– Monitor long cycle times
– Set complex jobs in a timely manner
– Implement minor and suggest major tooling changes
– Use measuring equipment and basic CMM
– Create simple programs from scratch in a timely manner
– Use 4 Jaw chucks, Centre plates, Soft jaws, Travelling and Fixed steady work
– Load varying size components into the machines competently
– Responsible in various types of threading, screw cutting, and crane lifting
