The role of the Client On-Boarding Advisor is to generate and develop sales opportunities for clients wishing to set up their business in the UAE, or make changes to their license capabilities. As the organisation prides itself on his customer experience, you will therefore deliver consistently high standards of service and possess strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve your targets. Once the client has been approved by the Quality and Compliance team, you are then the sole point of contact for them throughout their journey, providing high levels of transparency, cost clarity and clear explanations of the entire process from start to finish. Additionally it is expected that the Client On-Boarding Advisor is able to seek out further opportunities and present recommendations to their clients concerning further development of their business.
This role requires energy, tenacity and strong market and industry acumen in order to target your approach and achieve individual and team success. Networking is also an important part of the role and you will attend relevant events to widen your network and develop new business potential further on an ongoing basis. This will ensure you are constantly seeking out new opportunities in order to continually develop your client base. Working closely with internal colleagues within Quality, Compliance, Marketing and Finance you will be an effective communicator at all levels of seniority and be able to engage all those you interact with both internally and externally.
