Job description / Role
Objective: To lead and supervise classrooms ensuring strong academic performance of the students as well as provide guidance towards higher studies
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the classroom ensuring decorum is well-maintained at all times
2. Teach all or most core subjects
3. Ensure high quality academic performance and improvements
4. Maintain strong rapport with students, parents and ensure good bonding between the students
