Job Description:
5 years’ experience in retail banking products, preferably with exposure to control aspects
Job Responsibilities:
- Review end to end process on multiple products to improve operation efficiency
- Lead system project to introduce new product/service and ensure product compliance that continue to deliver remarkable experience for internal users and end clients
- Provide daily support on operational duties
- End to end project management from preparing business requirements, design/manage UAT test plan to executing UAT test cases and launch activities preparation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Control and Risk to ensure our end to end process comply with internal and external regulatory requirement
