Job Description:

Reporting to the Ireland Head– Fund Accounting, the Ireland Financial, Client and Regulatory Reporting Manager (VP) is responsible for managing the Financial, Client and Regulatory Reporting teams ensuring the preparation, production, review and dissemination of all required deliverables are completed within the agreed deadlines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the migration of the Irish Financial Reporting process to the Citi Global Financial Reporting platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring communication with the client, both internal and external, regulator, offshore sites and external vendors is effective.
• Investigating and resolving complex client or regulatory queries in a timely manner.
• Developing strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Working closely with other relevant operational peers to ensure that process risks are minimised.
• Keeping up to date on accounting standards and regulatory change.
• Experience of Managing onshore and offshore teams
• Ensuring that offshore and onshore teams are trained to a high standard and are kept up to date with regulatory and accounting standard changes.
• At least 15 years industry experience of which 6-10 years’ experience in a financial reporting unit and at least 5 years’ experience of managing a team.
• Ensuring that all client and regulatory deliveries are met to agreed service level agreements.
• Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and drive new developments and enhancements forward for the team.
• Ensuring communication with the client, both internal and external, regulator, offshore sites and external vendors is effective.
• Investigating and resolving complex client or regulatory queries in a timely manner.
• Developing strong, pro-active relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Working closely with other relevant operational peers to ensure that process risks are minimised.
