Job Responsibilities:
- You will encourage teams to decouple from organizational and architectural dependencies, eliminating redundancy, and landing work with the right teams.
- You will build your own scorecard to continuously monitor capacity, demand, execution, delivery, and hygiene via key performance indicators including: capacity, demand, backlog, velocity, quality, project throughput, spend, regulatory compliance, and application security.
- You ensure execution aligns with all regulatory requirements while continuously working to simplify and to automate the necessary and auditable “paperwork” and processes.
- You will need to be a smart risk taker, who can deliver big ideas as well as transform them into scalable programs.
