“The Vendor Transformation APAC Lead is a dedicated role part of the Vendor Transformation team, a Business Office function that supports all Enterprise Services operations and auxiliary functions by ensuring TPMP compliance, Service Level Agreement and Objective reporting and critical control management pertaining to designated suppliers, vendors and partners supporting Enterprise Services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or Conduct on-site visits of third party, as required
  • Work with business contacts to establish appropriate risk mitigation activities to minimize risk to Citi
  • Interact with third parties on escalations of non-performance and contractual issues to drive resolution when appropriate
  • Monitor and report on third party performance and SLAs, either directly or through coordination with other Citi stakeholders
  • Maintain summary dashboard of third party performance and understand performance, including SLA breaches
  • Leads RFP discussions and engage Procurement and Legal, as required to facilitate contract renewals and amendments
  • Review, assess and act on results of TPRM assessments/controls (e.g., IS, CoB, DPO, Export, Credit Risk, Country Risk, Financial Evaluations)
  • Define risk mitigation strategies and risk exceptions based on the business’ risk appetite
  • Gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of Citi Third Party Management and Citi Third Party Risk Management policy requirements for each life cycle phase and understand how they impact the client.
  • Coordination, tracking and reporting of Third Party Management and Third Party Risk Management activities
  • Perform TPMP Compliance Assessments as needed, identify/report exceptions and drive remediation activities to sustainable processes
  • Manage and/or Conduct on-site visits of third party, as required
  • Work with business contacts to establish appropriate risk mitigation activities to minimize risk to Citi

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management. Local language requirements as applicable
  • Experience with managing and leading a team
  • Experience in strategic sourcing/procurement and interacting with suppliers’ management teams with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in vendor management and/or a transformation function
  • Demonstrates knowledge of in-scope business and product areas
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management. Local language requirements as applicable
  • Experience with managing and leading a team
