Position Title: Chocolatier

Salary: up to 4,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A high-end confectionery and dates shop in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Responsible for working cleanly, efficiently, and safely in several capacities in the kitchen, primarily chocolate confection production
• Maintain the cleanliness of the stations and kitchen equipment
• Responsible for tempering , molding, and storing chocolate properly
• Creating a variety of chocolate confections as per store menu
• In charge of proper packaging of confectionery
