Chocolate Maker

The purpose of this position is to create consistent, high-quality, technically excellent confections, maintaining a high degree of productivity, and operating within our company values. Duties include processing cocoa beans, tempering chocolate, molding chocolate, and storing chocolate properly & create a variety of chocolate confections, such as chocolate truffles, bonbons, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Daily production of artisan chocolates and confections
  • Maintain exemplary technique.
  • Maintain high productivity.
  • Work with care, to limit mistakes and product loss.
  • Maintain positive energy within the fellow staff.
  • Clean and Safe Workplace
  • Receive and put away deliveries
  • Quality assurance
