Job description / Role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
Ensure health and safety is first and foremost with every task carried out
Ensure the use of station commis recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations
Involvement in new products tasting and sampling in your department
Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner
Ensure that finished plated food meet customer expectation/standard without fail
Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders
