Position Title:             Chef de Partie – Butchery Section

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

  • Preparing specific food items and meal components at the station
  • Following directions provided by the head chef
  • Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
  • Keeping the area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
  • Stocktaking and ordering supplies for the station
  • Improving food preparation methods based on feedback

Qualifications:38 years old and belowAt least 5 years of experience as Chef de Partie; 2 years of which must be in the butchery sectionMust have good knowledge of meat, fish and poultry cutsVery good knowledge of local fish, seafood and crustaceans is a mustGood knife handling skillsMust have Basic Food Hygiene certificateMust be available to join immediately
