This channel plays a hugely important role for Apple, with Channel Marcom driving strategies to provide customers a thoughtful, engaging, and seamless experience. The Channel XF Producer, working in partnership with their market specialists (Partner Communications, Digital, Programs) will find opportunities and produce the Channel creative work for both Apple-led and Partner-led opportunities in market. This person will be both an experienced digital producer as well as a pro-active strategic problem solver, with a strong perspective on both Apple’s and our partner’s channel communications. They will be a communications generalist, with the ability to flex to wherever and whatever the creative opportunity is.

The incumbent will develop a deep partnership with the Channel team at Apple’s Global HQ and with the Middle East Brand Manager teams. In particular, they will refine, evolve and optimize an integrated creative processes for both WW amplification and Geo origination initiatives for Channel. Key Qualifications You have measurable experience in marketing and development of digital communications across all channels and platforms. You have experience managing e-commerce projects, including the end-to-end customer journey, including Search, Product Detail Pages, Checkout and post-purchase support.

You have a successful history of structuring and scoping complex digital and interactive projects, and working with agency partners. You know how to drive creative development of work with in-house creatives and/or external agencies and vendors. A deep knowledge of Channel environments and curiosity about trends and future developments in this area. Experience with Data Analysis, including defining web reporting requirements, as well as providing insightful reporting to executives.

Proven ability to build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to get results. Expertise in building strategic frameworks and insights that enhance the creative development process. Passionate about the creative process, adding insight and value to creative projects as they move through to execution. You are resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and positive attitude.

Able to work autonomously just as well as collaboratively within a wider team. Description •Work with partners across Apple to identify initiatives and opportunities to improve communications and user experience for key partners. •Provide a strategic point of view on Channel and Partner Communications. •Write concise, strategic, creative briefs for identified initiatives, and be accountable for the delivery and flawless execution of the work.

  • Responsible for production of both Apple-led campaign work and Partner-led creative projects. •Lead channel creative opportunities for a key market or key partner by working collaboratively with studio creatives, other functional teams and agency partners. •Support localization strategy and flawless execution of WW campaigns into channel environments. Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements: Frequent travel required to KSA and Cupertino, California (possibly 4 weeks at a time / 3-4 times a year).
