Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Assist CEO in business management of the corporation and reasonably arrange the daily itinerary

-Responsible for receiving and delivering of documents,letters,correspondence, write various comprehensive documents such as letters ,reports,and conference records and be able to collect,summarize ,analyze .

-Responsible for the drafting of documents,files in the daily work of CEO

-Well serve the important guest who visit,and ensure the affairs occurring/occurred during business travel,as well as subordinate CEO in maintaining external stakeholders.

-Supervision of tasks and coordination of work assigned by CEO with the follow up of implementation.

-Assist CEO in other related work such as conference preparation for different departments

-Reception of visitors/guest ,business travel accompany, interpretation etc

-Act as intermediary for the communications between all departments ,deliver and issue instructions in a timely manner

Salary:10000Dhs+

岗位职责:

1、协助总裁办对集团进行日常事务的管理、合理安排总裁的日常行程;

2、负责总裁办文件,信件,函电的接收与转达;并撰写信函、报告、会议纪要等各类综合性文件,对相关信息进行收集、汇总和分析;

3、负责总裁日常经营工作中文件的起草;

4、妥善接待来访的重要来宾,做好总裁办外出事务保障,协助高管维护各类外部关系;

5、总裁交办的其他任务的督办、协调及落实;

6、协助总裁办完成其他相关任务,如集团层面会议筹备等

7、负责来访的接待、商务随行、翻译等;

8、与高管下属各部门及公司内其他部门之间的信息沟通,及时上传下达各项指令;

薪资与待遇:10K+(面试定薪,待遇从优);

Skills
Requirements: -Must know how to speak Mandarin-Female,familiar with UAE-Bachelor degree or above- 2-5 years of relevant working experience -Mandarin/English can be used as working language,non-native Chinese Speakers are preferred-Proficient in using different office softwares-Good in communication skills and efficient in executing of work,competent to deal with conventional affairs independently-People first attitude,patient,mindful in work yet good in handling pressures.任职要求1、限女性,形象气质佳;2、本科及以上学历,2-5年及以上相关从业经验;3、中英文可作为工作语言,外籍优先;4、熟练使用各类办公软件,有较强的文字组织和写作能力;5、有较强的沟通和执行能力,能独立而完整地处理日常事务;6、服务意识和责任心强,工作耐心细致,具备优秀的抗压能力;
