Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze risks and issue all opinions and recommendations as such
- Search all amicable solutions
- Negotiate and draft all letters, contracts, protocols, deeds and transactional agreements
- Advise and support the different formats in France in the monitoring of legal risks and in particular their financial aspects (provisions, fees, recovery)
- Ensure a regulatory and jurisprudential watch
Job Requirements:
- You hold a training: Bac + 5 and more / Master
- You justify an experience of 3 years minimum on this post.
