Summary
In this role, you are responsible to cover all aspects of facilitating, implementation, support, execution and adoption of the sales operating model, sales strategies, policies and guidelines in Commercial department. Supports the operation of the Cargo Loyalty program. Supports Cargo project management (e.g. periodic reviews of GSA/CSP performance and selection, development of eCommerce, etc.).
Accountabilities
Prepare annual commercial budgets with line manager, Commercial Directors and wider commercial planning team
Provide support on sales strategy using the processes of segmentation and channel strategy implementation, sales planning, contracting and performance management, new revenue opportunities pipeline management
Provide management support to line manager and Commercial Directors on all matters related to performance and compliance including management reporting and presentations
Provide support to the sales teams on all matters related to sales operation model and performance management
Monitor and facilitate correct use of available tools (e.g. Sales Force) to ensure commercial activities are being conducted in line with policy and process guidelines.
Education and Experience
Bachelors’ degree, in a commercial discipline
At least 3 years Experience from the Cargo/Commericial industry
Project management, field sales and/or experience from Commercial Strategy & Planning.
Structured and able to articulate complex topics across levels
Teamwork, supportive yet able to challenge
Act based and able to analyze data to form decision making.
