Job Description – Captain Support Executive
  • Captain Support – Help serve our awesome Captains who visit our office to ensure they have the best experience with Careem. Work towards achieving first contact resolution by finding and offering solutions.
  • Email Support – Provide offline support to Captains to ensure a great experience with Careem. Ensure that all Captain emails and social media requests are followed up and resolved within 24 hours of being received
  • Vendor Support – Ensure that all vendor emails are resolved within 24 hours of being received
  • Project support – Work with Team Leads with day to day projects, quality control, gathering, analysis, documentation and coordinate accordingly.
Profile Requirements / Personality Traits
  • Live and share the Careem values every day
  • 3-4 years in a similar role or Customer Service
  • Should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications like Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Customer Focused & Team Player
  • Effective Communication & Problem Solving skills
  • Strong People and Time management skills
  • Good English communication skills, preferable Arabic speaker
