Job Description – Captain Support Executive
- Captain Support – Help serve our awesome Captains who visit our office to ensure they have the best experience with Careem. Work towards achieving first contact resolution by finding and offering solutions.
- Email Support – Provide offline support to Captains to ensure a great experience with Careem. Ensure that all Captain emails and social media requests are followed up and resolved within 24 hours of being received
- Vendor Support – Ensure that all vendor emails are resolved within 24 hours of being received
- Project support – Work with Team Leads with day to day projects, quality control, gathering, analysis, documentation and coordinate accordingly.
Profile Requirements / Personality Traits
- Live and share the Careem values every day
- 3-4 years in a similar role or Customer Service
- Should be proficient in the use of MS Office applications like Excel & PowerPoint.
- Customer Focused & Team Player
- Effective Communication & Problem Solving skills
- Strong People and Time management skills
- Good English communication skills, preferable Arabic speaker
