Job Description:
The ideal Program Manager will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply change, risk and resource managementAssume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Coordinate cross-project activitiesLead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Prepare reports for program directors
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Job Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Experience managing Cloud based solution implementation & migration projects from OnPrem to Azure Cloud
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent problem-solving ability
- 15+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager managing large enterprise engagements
