Call Center/Sales Manager up to 15k Aed for a Music and Dance Institute in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Upsell music and dance packages over the phone
• Promote and upsell all company services and products and inform clients about new services and discounts
• Formulate different sales strategies to increase sales and ensure that all promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and branded materials are replenished
• Manage the performance of sales agents and ensure that the targets will be achieved
• Develop and deliver training programs for sales agents as needed
• Manage all customer problems or grievances and expedite resolution to concerns
