Job Description

Effectively answer all customer queries, log the query on maximize and either resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department in the Company and provide a follow-up service to close or conclude each query.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Determines requirements by working with customers.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Maintains call center database by entering information.
