Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent for its Manpower and Mobilization division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, influencing existing and potential customers to avail the services provided by Transguard. Overall goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s B2C market share. The role requires an extremely sales focused, motivated individual who is driven by results. They must be able to demonstrate an attitude of ‘going the extra mile’ to achieve agreed targets and be a team player. A competitive salary is offered with a monthly commission scheme.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following;

• Cold calling prospective customers using a contact database to sell B2C services offered by Transguard
• Responding to incoming calls from prospective customers, upselling and/or cross-selling where possible
• Responding to incoming calls against pre-agreed SLA’s
• Applying sales methods and techniques that encourage the customer to purchase the services
• Gaining full comprehension of Transguard services offerings, products and pricing
• Managing and maintaining the customer database CRM (Salesforce)
• Producing and submitting quotations with regular follow up until closed
• Performing against a clear set of KPI’s and sales targets
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets
• Route inbound calls to the appropriate team members.
