The Arbor School is a growing school situated near the Dubai Marina area of Dubai, in the UAE.
The school opened in September 2018 and currently has over 550 children on the register. The school offers the National Curriculum for England with a focus on Ecoliteracy, Sustainability and Environmental Justice which are incorporated into the curriculum across all year groups.
The school has a diverse student body with children from over 50 countries, creating a truly International environment.
We are currently looking for an outstanding Café Barista to join the team immediately at The Farmhouse at Arbor, an aspiring “farm-to-fork” canteen concept that makes full use of school-grown produce in the provision of food to students, staff and parents, complemented by the careful sourcing (where possible) of seasonal ingredients from local and sustainable suppliers.
• Reporting to the school’s Executive Chef, the Café Barista plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience in The Farmhouse Café, ensuring prompt and professional service to staff, parents and visitors whilst routinely overseeing the cleanliness of the café and the attractive presentation of all goods served.
• The Café Attendant also supports the Farmhouse team in preparing and plating food served in the café, supports in the order and receipt of deliveries from various suppliers, and assists in the management of sign-ups for meal plans from the Farmhouse’s canteen operations.
