Business Head Africa – Agricultural Pesticides & Feed Additives

Charterhouse is working with a leading agricultural products company, specialising in pesticides, herbicides and feed additives who are looking to hire a Business Head to see oversee there business in Africa.

As Business Head you will report directly to the Global Managing Director and oversee the full business function across areas of Africa, specialising in pesticides and feed additives or similar, with experience in traditional trade, modern trade and key accounts.
Your main responsibility will be overseeing the full business function across the market, including three or more distribution facilities. You will manage the sales team and liaise with the procurement team in the head office. In addition, you will manage the budgeting and purchasing forecasts, along with managing and monitoring the projected P&L across the business. This is a full scope role with responsibilities in all areas of the business.
