Business Development Specialist


Objectives of This Role:

* Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
* Research consumer needs and identify how the solutions address them
* Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
* Continuously develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
* Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Job Responsibilities:
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and reach
* Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
* Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
* Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
* Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
* Manage month-end and year-end close processes

* Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Any related
* Indoor/ outdoor sales: 1 years (Preferred)
* English
* Arabic
* drivers license (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
