- Generate leads through cold calls, events, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
- Plan approaches, pitches, scope definition and presentation of suggested solution to clients.
- Organizing discovery meetings and site visits with clients to understand all their requirements.
- Create proposals, presentations, and occasional solution demo scenarios.
- Identify relevant RFPs and adapt standard proposals based on the bid requirements.
- Find out the problems of customers in business processes and make suggestions for their solutions using MACRO tools
- Take part of project implementations to better understand the solutions and services offered to prospects.
As part of the development of sales of digital solutions MACRO, a successful candidate will be:
- Work with a team of implementation, operation, maintenance and support consultants to provide the right solutions and services.
- Cooperation with other departments to provide ready-made solutions to potential customers.
- Cooperation with various related companies, representation of macro interests at conferences, seminars (including public speeches)
- Identification of new solution opportunities based on market and technological trends and requirements
3 to 5 years experience in software solutions sales (preferably CRM/ERP, solutions to improve the efficiency of sales, construction management and other business processes)University Degree (in Business)Advanced computer skills (including MS Office, CPM, …etc.)Strong communication and presentation skillsStrong time management skillsMust be ready to conduct cold calls as part of the lead generation activity.UAE Driving LicenseExperience in a construction company would be an advantage
