Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving financial growth by boosting sales of Industrial Thermographic cameras and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.

– Focus on thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement, and conduct market research and analysis. Main segments include Predictive Maintenance, Building Diagnostics, Automation and so on. 

– Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities

– Dealing with different sub dealers

– Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals

– Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners

– Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Director/Country Manager

– Addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner

– Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements within business operations

Requirements

– More than 3 years’ experience in the industry (thermal cameras for industrial temperature measurement), as sales, business development manager, or account manager.

– Strong skills to develop new partners and establish strong relationship.

– Sell-motivated to drive revenue growth, willing to take challenges.

– Preferably wide connection and great influence in oil and gas, electricity sector

– Must be prepared for travel 75% of the time to Dubai.

– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
