- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs and grow the company’s client base and lead generation
- Develop and negotiate contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Leading and managing sales team in line with the KPI’s/Targets
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalentProven track record in Recruitment, Manpower Outsource industries in UAESkilled in Business Development processes and StrategiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
