Business Development Manager- QRH

As a Business Development Manager for Qatar Airways Holidays you will be responsible for –

  • Creating and implementing a sales business plan for the QRH GCC source markets.
  • Provides highest level of service to customers through her/his exceptional commitment and self-managed, pro-active sales focus. Manages all sales activities within the assigned markets.
  • Creates, proposes and implements the sales strategy
  • Accountable for the strategic direction of QRH sales in the area of responsibility
  • Achieve set revenue targets for the assigned markets
  • Provide ideas and recommendations for products and offers. Identify opportunities, that contribute to achieve/exceed Qatar Airways Holidays commercial revenue targets
  • Work in collaboration with the respective departments and contribute to the development of market specific products and offerings.
  • Ability to analyze sales and revenue reports, identify an approach to target market segments to bridge revenue gaps. Provide monthly sales reports to the Line Manager on competitive environment and overall local sales and marketing activities executions. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within the assigned local market.
  • Prepare professional commercial offers, contracts and presentations -. Make decisions within established procedures to the agreed KPI’s, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, analyze and measure leisure sales and revenue for decision-making and strategy. Identify business opportunities and sales options.
  • Look for new sales opportunities and joint promotion and data base penetration through strategic alliances and partnerships by attending trade fairs in key markets; maximize attendance through accurate profiling and eventual conversation.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, essential in a similar industry.
