Manage all activities related to business development, sales and marketing in the MENA Regions and deliver the expected growth and profit • Ensure a complete understanding and monitoring of the customer needs; guarantee timely replies to customer requirements and implement supportive measures • Screen the markets and set-up appropriate distribution channel • Identify and evaluate existing distribution network and sales leads • Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors ensure smooth and transparent communication and information flow with distributors: get appropriate feedback from distributors regarding sales per accounts; competitors’ activities, forecasts etc • Implement the strategies defined in collaboration with the Distribution Channel Manager and develop tactics in order to improve the sales, the growth and the profitability in the territory • Get acquainted with market data account by account • As the main contact for distributors, you ensure an up to date product knowledge and define personal training needs
