Responsible for driving business growth by developing KSA business opportunities and a network of contacts to attract new clients.


  • In charge of completing the registration formalities with authorities in KSA
  • Develop a business plan with annual KPIs in line with the company BP targets
  • Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same
  • Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities
  • Create a database of suppliers, subcontractors, material prices, and equipment rental rates, among other things.
  • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities
  • Identifying, establishing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business
  • Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations
  • Attending industry events to establish relationships with new and existing clients and to stay updated on market conditions and competition.
  • Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to diversify business activities
  • Coordinating with marketing and project management teams and assisting in the sales process.
  • Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods
  • Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets
  • Defining, testing, refining, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing sales and growth, including the development strategies and the selection of pursuit teams.
  • Keeping the management team informed of ongoing progress on new business development activities.
  • Producing reports for management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Manage all stakeholders’ communication and maintain effective relationship with all
  • Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development
  • Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration/ MBA


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development. Preferably Construction sector


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to scrutinize, analyze and reason
