Business Development Manager

Job description / Role

Summary: The person is responsible for creating & nurturing corporate relationships with developers & other companies in UAE & help in property management.

• Develop, build, and manage developer relations to onboard new projects for rentals.
• Oversee the sales process at each stage starting from onboarding of new projects, negotiations, renting and property management
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of onboarded projects.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help develop the brand.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the developers & clients
• Partner with the marketing and advertising units heads to work out strategies and plans for developing the business vertical
