Job in brief:

We are looking for an experienced, professional who has experience in sales and business development departments. Have an experience in marketing is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sales process and actively participating to attract new clients.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports to the direct manager.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Familiarize yourself with all services and courses offered by the company.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Finding new clients through direct contact, online meetings, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with potential clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Marketing or any similar field is required.Must have at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales. (Experience in marketing and selling educational services is an added advantage)Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.Must be an extrovert and outspoken.Should be good at persuading someone.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Must be fluent in English and conversational Arabic. (Russian Speaker isan added advantage).Must have good exposure to social media / digital media.Flexibility in time if the work requires it.
