Our core markets are Retail, FMCG, and Ecommerce.

We are currently looking to hire a talented Business Development Executive (HR Services) who would be interested in joining our motivated and friendly team as we look to grow our business.

Job Description

As the Business Development Executive (HR Services), you must perform the following duties:

* Identify new business opportunities and to advance existing client relationships offering Quest’s HR Services
* Research and identify new market opportunities;
* Collaborating with the management on business trends to develop new services;
* Understanding client’s recruitment requirements and offering solutions and support;
* Conduct meetings with clients by phone, email, and in person;
* Managing yourself and in the future progressing into a management position for Recruiters and Resourcers in order to meet targets and expand.
