Our client is a a growing business in the real estate industry aiming to provide customers with world-class service using cutting-edge technology. They are currently looking for a “Business Development Executive” to join their team in Dubai, UAE Branch.
The Business Development Executive has to take care of the entire customer life cycle with major focus on acquisition. S/He is responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, converting into customers and finally overseeing excellent after sales services. He/she must research potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources and must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
Requirements: Minimum 2-6 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.Should have interest on Business development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application products/solutions. Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.Should have an outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and unlimited drive to succeedShould be proficient in English language, knowing regional language Hindi and/or Arabic will be a plus. Effective presentation and negotiation skills.The work schedule: Monday till Saturday 9am till 6pm. Sunday is off
