Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Associate to join our Business Development team to take our clients’ brands completely onto the next degree. Successful candidates should have previous experience meeting quotas and developing leads from marketing campaigns. Candidates that thrive in this role are action-oriented, creative, lifelong learners, and strong communicators.
Salary range: $46000 – $56000 per year.
Responsibilities:

Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team.

Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team.

Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of multiple production projects at any given time.

Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.

Assess project issues and identify solutions, bring proactive solutions to the team to ensure productivity, quality, and timing are not jeopardized.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective client service, proactive problem solving and the successful execution of all facets of project management with clients

Assist in project development from initiation to close.

Track and report on project milestones and provide reports to management.

Ensure all of our projects are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Establish effective project communication plans as well as ensures team adheres to quality standards working under an implementation discipline of change management control.

Previous professional experience preferred.

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
