Job Description


  • Drive process of working with sales to present the client sponsored administrative option to prospects, identifying the prospect’s benefit strategy and goals, attending presentation meetings as needed.
  • Administrate to formulate, propose, gain agreement to implement annual business plans to deliver target income.
  • Helps in developing strategies and business plans to deliver and exceed expected business objectives and results.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the principals of commercial lending.
  • Helps in implementing specific local competitive and aggressive sales / income marketing campaigns and initiatives geared to achieve, growth in interest and non-interest income, and increase market share penetration and related targets.
  • At least having established contacts in UAE market to bring new clients on board.
  • Administering the regular, ongoing review and monitoring of key brokers’ metrics
  • Helps in discussing and assessing clients’ current and future needs.
  • Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
