Position Title: Brand Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 18,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role:
• Responsible for optimizing sales through effective category management and merchandising
• Communicates with existing brands and new leads in the pipeline
• Liaises with Legal Dept. Head in negotiating contracts and agreements with brands
• Devises, along with the Retail and Management team, a long-term development strategy for product categories and exit strategies for unsuccessful products and make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
• Conducts product registrations with concerned authorities and supervision of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance with reference to the brands
• Monitors and applies various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity, and efficient use of shelf space; maximizes usage of shelf space and monitors the same via reporting tools.
• Conduct weekly/monthly review of sales and plans made to ensure consistent growth and liquidation of slow moving/short expiry goods
• Responsible for the Private Label Project
• Analyzes consumer, competitions, industry, and retail trends to influence business decisions
• Develop presentations to pitch Retail plans and priorities to Group Stakeholders and concerned brands
