Job Responsibilities:
You’ll create a brilliant experience for every customer who comes through the doors of your store. And there’ll be two ways you do this. The first will be behind the scenes – processing orders, managing stock, and working with teams across the store to sort out customer queries. The second will be far more face-to-face – getting out there on the shop floor to meet, advise and inspire all kinds of customers. Either way, you’ll make sure our customer experience is the best it can be.
Job Requirements:
A brilliant organiser, problem solver and communicator, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’re great at working with numbers and spreadsheets, and even better at working with people. You know how to multitask when things get busy, and you never lose your attention to detail. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. And you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
