Job Description:

In this role, you will partner with the Audio Leads and coordinate the day-to-day efforts of our Sound Designers. Your talent in organization and communication will help align a team of audio creatives around timelines and goals. In an expansive MMO, audio is connected to nearly every subsystem requiring a constant flow of information between Sound and Design, Art, Engineering, and Production. You will be asked to reach across the team to gather information and influence collaboration with producers and developers in every discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support other audio production staff with tasks across Voice Over, Music and Cinematic Sound
• Build consensus and maintain focus around project goals and timelines
• Facilitate cross discipline communication and collaboration
• Own the day-to-day tasking and scheduling for Sound Designers across multiple milestones and features
• Track, traffic, and archive all project related sound assets
• Motivate and support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Anticipate, identify, and help find solutions to project roadblock and risks
• Promote and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity
• Work with team leadership to help balance workloads and priorities

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Well developed “soft” skills and a flexible communication style
• Strong project and people management skills
• Experience facilitating teams and meeting deadlines under pressure
• 3+ years of experience in game production or project management
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
