Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a number of Billing Coordinators who will process and coordinate for the payment of school fees of students who are located in different locations in Abu Dhabi (Madinat Zayed City, Abu Dhabi) . In this role, you will be expected to:
• Process educational fees of students
• Send payment link to the parents of students
• Send confirmation email once the payment is processed
• Answer any queries that the parents may have about the fees and processing of payment
• Sending invoices/receipts, when required
• Record payment received and submit report to line manager at the end of the day
• Arrange pick up of cheques through courier, if needed
