Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a number of Billing Coordinators who will process and coordinate for the payment of school fees of students who are located in different locations in Abu Dhabi (Ruwais, Abu Dhabi) . In this role, you will be expected to:

• Process educational fees of students
• Send payment link to the parents of students
• Send confirmation email once the payment is processed
• Answer any queries that the parents may have about the fees and processing of payment
• Sending invoices/receipts, when required
• Record payment received and submit report to line manager at the end of the day
• Arrange pick up of cheques through courier, if needed
