Bearings Specialist / Technical Sales Engineer

A leading distributor of bearings, power transmission components, and related industrial and safety
products is looking to hire a Bearing Sales Specialist / Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen their
corporate sales team based in Dubai.

Job Description:-

• Present and sell the Company’s products and solutions to new and existing accounts
• Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
• Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
• Collaborate with the Logistics department to effectively manage customer orders, deliveries, and returns
• Collaborate with the Finance department to effectively manage customer receivables and collection
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity
• Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales of bearings or other industrial power transmission components
• Technical knowledge of Bearings is a must
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
• UAE / GCC experience preferred
• A valid UAE / GCC driving license preferred
• English proficiency is a must
• Minimum Work Experience: 5 years
• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
