Job description / Role
Position Title: Bartender / Barman
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,000 AED/SAR depending on experience and qualifications, accommodation and transportation may also be provided
Job Location: UAE and KSA
About the Client:
The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant with branches across Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
Job Role:
Prepare and serve drinks promptly in accordance with standard recipes, company and legal standards, ensuring good food hygiene practices are always maintained
Ensure all bar stock levels are maintained, ensuring stock is rotated and in-date and stored at the appropriate temperatures
Maintain the safety and security of bar stock at all times
Maintain the bar and service areas are in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition at all times, in accordance with company and legal standards
Assist the cashier with posting and payment of customers’ cheques and the hand-over of money to the next cashier when required
Assist in food service areas and at special functions/ events as directed by Food & Beverage management
Candidates to be assigned in UAE will have full package salary
Candidates to be assigned in KSA will have company accommodation and transportation
